  • Sample Availability & Policy
     We provide free samples for many of our products on request. For samples of some products, a small charge may be required to cover some of our costs. This cost will be deducted from the total charge on future orders.
  • Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
     Our products are covered by our product quality guarantee. Unless special requests are made, delivery of our products should be within 45 days. Payment can be made by L/C at sight, T/T or other methods.
  • After Sales Service
     Service is offered after sales through our head office in Taipei and through our network of agents.
